Confidentiality
I understand that my client information/health intake is maintained in compliance with federal privacy laws and HIPPA privacy.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to my policy below:
Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
Appointments made within the 24-hour period, that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 50%.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that opening. Thank you for viewing my policy.
Late Arrivals
• Please notify me immediately if you are running late!
• All appointments have a specific time schedule, therefore if you are late, your massage may be abbreviated.
• In special cases, and when the day’s schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. Such adjustments will be made in my sole and exclusive discretion.
• You are financially responsible for the full payment for your appointment scheduled.
To ensure you receive the full benefits of your scheduled massage, please arrive at least 10 minutes early - this will allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience and make sure your massage starts on time.
Professional Boundaries Policy
• For the protection of the therapist and clients, both have the right to end the massage at any time.
• I agree to treat you with respect and adhere to the professional guidelines for Massage in Tennessee.
• Any Inappropriate speech and/or behavior towards the therapist will result in the immediate termination of the massage. Inappropriate speech and/or behavior will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the massage therapy policies and procedures.
• Inappropriate speech and/or behavior towards the therapist means unprofessional personal conversation, and/or informal comments as well as conduct that is unwarranted and is reasonably interpreted to be demeaning, offensive, and/or unprofessional,
• If a massage is terminated for inappropriate speech and/or behavior, you are financially responsible for the full payment for your appointment scheduled.
